Our Commitment 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Faulty or Damaged Items 
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at support@oscmo.com within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault/damage. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

How to Request a Return 
Please contact us at support@oscmo.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
