1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched are:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on your location)
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas and sales events.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website.

6. Delays
OSCMO is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@oscmo.com and we will do our best to assist.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OSCMO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order.

8. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@oscmo.com within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
